Xelvin recruits enterprising professionals for challenging positions with our clients in the Netherlands. Our Research & Development Department employs primarily Master’s or PhD graduates from the best universities, research institutes and companies all over the world. We are particularly looking for people who are accustomed to quickly fitting in to an organization, adding real value and being productive, and whose passion, flexibility and professional attitude can really make all the difference.

The professionals contracted out by Xelvin’s Research & Development Department mainly work for the Engineering and R&D Departments of our many national and international customers who are in need of highly qualified professionals to help them bring their diverse and often business-critical projects to a successful conclusion.

The staff provided by Xelvin’s Research and Development Department are actively involved in innovative projects related to high-tech areas. Furthermore, they contribute their skills and knowledge to many different areas such as electronics, nanotechnology, product development and software, and industries such as automotive, high-tech, naval and offshore development.

Xelvin Research and Development understands the needs of our clients and the Dutch and global markets they serve. This enables us to offer a flexible workforce of international and national specialists for immediate deployment. The flexible relationships we form with our clients support their business strategies as they face the challenges of today’s demanding economic trends.

Xelvin Research and Development has both a wide base of full-time engineers on our own payroll and an established network of national and international recruiters. These recruiters act upon initial customer requirements to select the right candidates for interviews that are then conducted by our technically qualified Managing Consultants. This enables Xelvin to always provide the right person for the job, with the right qualifications and personality to match our clients’ expectations.

Our employees are continuously trained in various skills and technologies to enable them to support our customers at the highest possible levels. For this, our professionals receive an annual budget which they can spend on courses to help them further develop both their technical and soft skills.
