As a Millwright you are responsible for all maintenance work in the production facilities. Your duties include:Troubleshooting and 24/7 On-Call Support: Solving technical issues as they arise, including providing occasional round-the-clock support through on-call duty;Independent Failure Analysis: Conducting failure analyses within your work area to identify root causes and implement solutions;Collaboration: Working closely with work planners in the Technical Department (TD) and operators to coordinate tasks and discuss potential improvements;Work Order Management: Utilizing SAP for precise documentation of completed work. Your reports will support analysis and help reduce future breakdowns.

Xelvin is seeking a skilled and experienced Millwright to join a 5-shift team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance, fault-finding and repair. You will be working close with the operators when breakdowns occur, ensuring that the breakdown is solved and that there is a minimum loss of production time.
