Job description

As a BIM Coordinator, you contribute to cutting-edge projects focused on the energy transition.
Serving as the primary contact for both colleagues and clients, you stay fully informed of all the technical aspects of ongoing projects.
You guide draftsmen, lead engineers, technical managers, site managers, and external partners through the latest technologies and tools, including visualizations using VR (Virtual Reality) and MR (Mixed Reality).

Further responsibilities include:

  • A coordinating role and shifting factor within our engineering team and beyond, to utilize the constantly growing (BIM) 3D model for a more effective engineering process;
  • Manage and monitor all information flows regarding the 3D model;
  • Making the design come to life using 4D visualization (planning and design).

On top of that:

  • Have a minimum of a completed Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Architecture;
  • Have experience with 3D technical packages such as ACC, Inventor or Revit;
  • Having experience with low-code programming or scripting (Dynamo, FME) is a plus;
  • Skills in design and/or construction process management, BIM and ICT and/or standards such as, IFC and ISO19650 is a strong preference;
  • Good proficiency in the Dutch / English language,
