Job description
- Analysis and expansion of existing fault trees (FTA) in the drive area
- Check diagnostics and trouble codes (DTCs) for completeness
- Optimization of the fault trees with the assigned DTCs
- Participation in the development and optimization of existing processes
- Adaptation and revision of the existing diagnostic concept
- Validation of the OBD functions on the vehicle
- Preparation of OBD homologation
Job requirements
- Completed engineering studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, vehicle technology, mechanical engineering, computer science or comparable training
- Good knowledge of the car drive network including electrified drives
- Knowledge of vehicle bus systems and CAPL programming
- Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics including OBD
- Business fluent German and English, both spoken and written
- Good MS Office skills
- BMW test vehicle driving licenses B1, B2, E1
- HV qualification ideally at least level 2a
- High degree of flexibility, creativity and resilience
- Team orientation, but also independent and responsible way of working
