Job description

For our client located in Heeg, we are looking for Electricians, Our client is fully engaged in building different types of yachts: the 55, 55s, and the newest addition, the 44. They follow a structured process where the yachts are built in different phases, starting with the polyester hull. Many of the components are assembled outside the boat, in the shed, allowing them to accomplish a lot of preparatory work. As an Electrician, you can work in pre-assembly or onboard the yachts. There are three panels you will work on: the diesel panel, main panel, and charging panel. Once the pre-assembly of these panels is completed, they are connected by the team on board.

Your tasks as an Electrician:
  • Installing and connecting electrical systems and/or installations on the technical panels or in the yacht
  • Setting and/or adjusting the parameters associated with the electronic products
  • Wiring components and distribution units
  • Mounting light/simple technical components
  • Keeping track of changes in working drawings and technical schematics

As an Electrician in Yacht Technology, you will be part of the New Construction team. With your craftsmanship, you will make a significant contribution to achieving the best possible results together!

Salary

€2.750 - €3.500 gross income per month

Company profile

Our relation is a Dutch family business with an international scope. Although they are established in various locations around the world, the main location is located in Heeg and Lemmer (Friesland). Here, a team of approximately 300 colleagues works on the development, design, construction, and testing of around 60-70 yachts per year. the sales and marketing team operates from a beautiful office in Amsterdam. In the summer, the team is expanded with about 80 employees in our foreign service hubs (including South France, Ibiza, Mallorca, and Miami).
