Job description
- Develop thorough understanding of emission compliance regulations relevant to products
- Translate legal emission requirements into technical requirements
- Understand the elements that determine emission performance
- Create performance requirements for each of these elements to ensure emission
- Understand impact of regulation updates & ensure changes are understood within the
- Ownership and propagation of Emissions Requirements in the Development Organization
- Advise and guide development team to ensure emission control systems meet legal
- Create vision and roadmap for future Emissions Regulations
- Assist in communication with legislators
Job requirements
- Master Degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum Five Year Experience with Emission Performance Development and Testing of
- Understanding of North American and/or European Emission Legislation
- Experience with Writing of Requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills are mandatory
- Advanced English skills are mandatory
- Structured working approach combined with high analytical capacity
- Pro-active attitude and the ability to work with many different people and organizations
