As an On-site Support Engineer, you will work on-site at customers' locations around Europe and sometimes beyond.
You will be responsible for installing, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced machines, production lines and systems.
You will become part of a dynamic team and have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies in the field of industrial automation.
So, what will you be busy with all day?
- Installing, testing, and commissioning complex machines and industrial systems.
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to mechanics, electronics, and automation.
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machines.
- Analyzing malfunctions and effectively implementing solutions, both on-site and remotely.
- Supporting customers by providing clear technical explanations and guidance.
- Collaborating with the internal team to ensure continuous improvement and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Training customers and employees on the use of machines and their systems.
- Traveling to customer locations, both domestically and internationally (up to 80% of the time).
