As Lead Engineer Primary, you will be responsible for all mechanical engineering structures of a high-voltage substation. From the steel structures where the high-voltage lines will be suspended to the transformer houses that provide protection. With your knowledge and skills, you know how to translate each customer's requirements into a customised solution where every detail has been considered. You work efficiently, do not like reinventing the wheel and enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues. In addition to making 2D and 3D drawings, you take care of the structural engineer by doing the smaller (strength) calculations yourself. Demonstrable HBO work/thought level in the direction of mechanical engineering or electrical/energy engineering or similar;
You have several years of experience as an engineer;
Experience within medium or high voltage installations is a plus;
Knowledge and experience of Systems Engineering (IEC 15288) is an advantage;
Knowledge and experience of various contract forms such as UAV, UAV-GC and D&C is an advantage;
You are analytical, results-oriented, proactive, communicatively strong and enjoy working in a team.
