Job description

As a Maintenance Field Planner at one of our customers in the utility sector, you play a crucial role within the team.
You are responsible for designing, planning, and executing technical projects of varying complexity and scale.
With your fellow engineers, project managers, and external parties you collaborate to ensure that projects meet the required standards and expectations of the customers.
You take a proactive role in identifying areas for improvement and contribute to the innovation power of our organization.

What will you be doing as a Maintenance Field Planner?
  • Develop and refine technical designs and specifications.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and external partners.
  • Manage and monitor project schedules, budgets, and risks.
  • Conduct technical analyses and calculations to ensure project feasibility.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee project implementation and delivery, including quality control.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external use.

Job requirements

To excel in your role, you'll need the following:
  • A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a technical environment.
  • Experience with tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Prince2, or PMI is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • A hands-on mentality with great attention to detail and quality.
  • A team player who also takes responsibility independently.
