Voor onze partner in de grootregio-Eindhoven zijn we op zoek naar een Mechanical Engineer. Je baan zal bestaan uit een divers pakket aan taken en verantwoordelijkheden. Je gaat deel uitmaken van het projectteam.
Als engineer ga je aan verschillende projecten tegelijkertijd werken. Aan het begin van je carriere bij onze klant zullen dit voornamelijk groepsprojecten zijn. Afhankelijk van je ontwikkeling zul je op korte termijn ook zelfstandige projecten op gaan pakken.
In de verscheidene projecten focus je, je onder andere op de theoretische en technische ontwikkeling van het project. Je draagt er zorg voor dat alles werkt en kan de functionaliteit goed uitleggen aan zowel je collega’s als aan de klant.

In this crucial role, you will ensure the highest quality standards of our client’s primary product, the monopiles, directly supporting the energy transition and sustainability efforts throughout Europe.Your RoleAs a QC Inspector, you will conduct thorough inspections of products and processes, ensuring compliance with established plans, instructions, and procedures. Your responsibilities will include performing various manual and equipment-based measurements, as well as visual and NDT weld inspections. You will compile detailed measurement reports and communicate your findings to the operations team, ensuring that products align with customer quality requirements while providing guidance on quality standards and control measures.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive measurements and inspections during production and at final checks using advanced tools (e.g., total stations, photogrammetry, easy laser);Ensure adherence to procedures and address non-compliance among team members, with the authority to halt work as necessary and report issues to the Production Team Leader;Advise the Production Team Leader on the correct application of procedures and recommend process improvements to mitigate quality deviations;Monitor and analyze deviations in processes and measurements to identify potential causes;Drive corrective and preventive actions to promote a learning organization that embraces improvement and strives for excellence;Early identification, reporting, and documentation of quality issues;Facilitate training on quality procedures and instructions for operators and assembly workers using established materials;Maintain a continuous focus on improvement opportunities within the quality control process.
