Job description

  • Performing cable test and insulation measurements.

  • Performing assembly and overhaul work on medium-voltage installations such as: solar farms, wind farms, distribution stations, medium-voltage distributors in industry and local networks (district distribution stations) and car charging infrastructure.

  • Working towards being able to independently assemble all common cable connections in an industrial environment, a high-voltage substation or substation. You will do this initially under the supervision of a skilled colleague.
If necessary, you will also be assigned mechanical engineering tasks. This involves assembling and (dis)assembling steel structures and components from drawings.
Naturally, we will take your current level of knowledge, experience and personal preferences and capabilities into account. Due to the varied range of tasks in two disciplines, you will be trained to become an all-round medium-voltage technician.

Job requirements

  • Are you driven to develop into a specialist in medium and high voltage by attending training courses, obtaining certifications and are eager to learn on the shop floor.

Are you in possession of an MBO 4 Electrical/Energy Engineering degree or equivalent. If you have demonstrable work experience with the range of tasks mentioned in this vacancy, please also apply.


  • Are you fluent in Dutch, English or German in word and writing and can we explain the work in technical terms in these languages so that you understand it and can work safely.


  • We are looking for candidates with the following characteristics: eager to work outdoors on a project location, the right mentality and collegiality, sense of responsibility and eager to learn, able to take initiative, able to perform under time pressure and maintain an overview, good communication with colleagues, problem-solving, etc.

Salary

€3.500 - €5.000 gross income per month
