Job description

To expand our team of Millwrights at our location in the Netherlands, we are looking for an Millwright E&W. Our client, produces release liner paper used in hygiene products, airplanes, wind turbines, and even Formula 1 cars. Every day, we contribute significantly to products used globally, all while ensuring a safe and sustainable way of working in a pleasant environment.

As an Millwright, you will work in a 2-shift system at our production site in the Netherlands. You will be part of a team consisting of the Maintenance Coordinator, 8 technicians, and 2 trainee technicians. This team is led by the Maintenance & Capex Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our machinery to ensure their proper and safe operation.

Who Are You?
  • A Millwright with a background in both electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery.
  • Committed to quality and precision in all your work, with strong attention to detail.
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating with various disciplines within a project team.
  • Capable of identifying issues and finding effective solutions, both independently and in collaboration with others.

What Will You Do?
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on our machinery, tools, and buildings.
  • Analyze and solve mechanical and/or electrical malfunctions independently on equipment and machines, possibly with the use of PLCs.
  • Identify and order technical parts and equipment internally.
  • Supervise external suppliers during the execution of their work.
  • Administer maintenance tasks and record daily malfunctions.
  • Conduct risk analyses and safety inspections.
  • Participate in project teams and contribute to efficiency improvements and solutions.

Job requirements

  • A Red Seal, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Relevant certifications in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
  • Experience with industrial machinery, electrical systems, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and standards within the industry.

Salary

€4.000 - €4.750 gross income per month
