In Weert they make vertical form-fill and seal machines mainly for the food industry. They then test these machines and send them on transport to the customer's final production location. As a Field Service Engineer you will be present both during the construction and possible testing of the machine in Weert and during the delivery of the machine to the customer where you will be responsible for commissioning on location (including synchronization, adjustment, checking and testing). You are on the road a lot (about 60%), always working in different cultures; no workplace is the same. As Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible designing and working out the electrical control installations and associated documentation for the purpose of the attractions to be put into production.

What will you do?

• Setting up single line diagrams for motor distribution systems, requiring knowledge of motor protection components, soft-starters and variable speed drives.
• Calculating total connection power, heat losses, cable diameters and cable paths.
• Selecting appropriate transformers, DC power supplies and circuit breakers, and appropriate controls for designing control desks, sensors such as inductive proximity switches and photocells, as well as appropriate connection materials such as terminals, cables and glands.
• Working out PLC power circuit diagrams using a symbol list prepared by the software engineers in the Systems Engineering Department. This involves the use of safety PLCs, remote I/O components and data networks (EtherNet). Electrical schematics are worked out in detail by an external drawing office. The drawings are done in E-plan P8, knowledge of which is not necessary.
• Checking the detailed drawings is part of the job.
• Checking the ordered electrical panels on the basis of a FAT at the supplier before they are transported to the construction site.

As a Technician Extreme Ultraviolet you will focus on assembling, adjusting, qualifying and delivering the EXE machines. EXE is short for Extended EUV (Extreme Ultra-Violet). The EXE Manufacturing department as a whole, is responsible for the build, qualification, de-assemble and install of the complete EXE systems, which ASML started producing in April 2021.

As a Proto Engineer you are busy both mechanically and electrically. You are responsible for creating complex cables from start to finish. You test the products yourself and then hand them over to the quality inspector for inspection. These cables become part of, among other things, defense equipment, vehicles and machines from ASML. You are able to make an end product from the customer's technical information.
Your responsibilities

• Creating work instructions together with engineers, thinking along about solutions to problems and implementing improvements in the TPDs (Technical Production Documentation);
• Building, adjusting, re-designing and checking new (complex) cables and test setups to be developed on the basis of a technical drawing;

As a Diagnostics Software Test Engineer you are part of the Diagnostics Release & Quality Control Team.
This dynamic team is responsible for the agile development and (automatic) testing of the software for the DAVIE diagnosis tool.
The aim is to provide a high-quality diagnostic tool to support the entire PACCAR organization with optimal diagnostic, testing and programming functions and knowledge.
In the DAVIE software V-cycle development process (customer requirements, design, implementation, verification and validation) your focus will be on (system, integration & component) software testing including reporting and initial problem analysis.
