What does the position look like?
At the Cleaning & Packaing department you're making sure products and modules will be cleaned and packed in accrodance with instructions. The work takes place within cleaning, packing, control and administration.

Cleaning

• Retrieving and transferring the products to a pallet or clean cart according to established work and process instructions
• Checking the production order for cleanliness/contamination
• Cleaning and making the products dust-free using a vacuum cleaner, nitrogen, aclgol and a cloth according to instructions
• Removal of packaging from supplier-supplied cleanroom products
• Move the products and production order to the next routing step
• Report non-removable contamination that falls outside the established quality standards to Quality Engineer

Packing

• Packaging of various products such as PCB's modules and cabinets (platic packaging) accroding to packaging/work instructions.
• Set pre-programmed parameters of the oven and sealers
• Scanning, printing and labelling products
• Packaging products by menas of a dynamometer, hoist and/or stacker in accordance with packing instructions
• Moving ready products form the cleanroom for the next routing step
• Report non-removable contamination that falls outsite the estabelished quality standards to Quality Engineer.

Controle:

• Checking products and assembled products according to established standards with including a UV lamp
• Signaling irremovable stains or in case of doubt to Quality and/or Teamleader.
• Check for the presence of packaging materials and packaging instructions

Administration

• Scanning the order and time registration in an automated system
• Ordening packaging materials through an automated system
• Registering productrelevant information in DMS

What are you going to do?
Your work starts with a good preparation. You view the product documentation and are aware of the test regulations. You set up the test setup and prepare the work. After this you will actually test the assembler products with the corresponding test. Finally, you program the assembled systems. You work with different test programs and test systems on a daily basis. If a test is unexpectedly unsuccessful, you will analyze and solve the malfunction. You do this on the basis of mechanical drawings, electronic diagrams and the order instruction lists. You register and replace any defective parts and link them back to production, to improve the production process. You are also involved in investigating customer complaints at product level and you do a final visual check before a product goes to the warehouse for shipment.

Besides testing, your duties also include:

• Maintaining contact with your manager, test engineers or quality engineers;
• Completion of test reports and checklists, error registration and improvement forms’;
• Participate in proto/pilot discussions;

As an Electronic Assembler you are responsible for covering printed circuit boards with electronic components. You carry out this on the basis of work instructions or drawings. You ensure that preparations are mad and pre-assembly is done, such as cutting, bending and hoeing the products. In addition to the assembly, you are also responsible for part of the quality control. You do this by checking the printed circuit boards made on the basis of a work instruction. If you find errors, you make sure that they are registered.
Your duties also include placing print panels by hand using a stuck table and placing the printed circuit boards in soldering moulds, applying accessories and recipes. You’ll check and repair the soldering process according to IPC standards and perform soldering work, assembling and dismantling printed circuit boards according to work instructions. Besides that you will carrying out a final inspection using a checklist.

As a Test & Repair assistant you become part of the test team. Your objective is to guarantee the quality and operation of assembled printed circuit boards and end products. You do this by means of (electronic) measuring test equipment. You will build and prepare test setups, carry out repairs such as replacing parts and repairing faulty connections, and order and collect the necessary materials from the warehouse.

MES Engineer Industrial Services
Department: Industrial services, Actemium

As an L3 / MES software engineer you design, build and implement IT software for industrial installations for our clients worldwide. The work is performed at both the company's own location and at the client's location. You develop and configure IT software, based on the functional design and interface definitions. Measuring points within the total work process are the completion of the design phase, the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and the SAT (Site Acceptance Test). It is a varied position with many opportunities for further development.

The Energy Automation Services (EAS) team is currently busy with a number of tasks that include:
