Job description

As the Supervisor, you are a key member of a dynamic project team tasked with delivering luxury yachts for our client. Reporting directly to the Project Manager Production, your expertise will guide the team in determining work demarcation, ensuring smooth coordination between Project Development and Supply Chain.


Specializing in the paint discipline, you will focus on the high-precision painting of yachts. You’ll oversee the inspection, approval, and quality control processes in collaboration with the Owner’s representatives, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards.


Your role also involves coordinating specific technical areas, optimizing synergies between teams, and maintaining strong partnerships throughout the build process. With a keen eye for detail, you’ll ensure that every aspect of the yacht from work and equipment to installations meets the rigorous quality expectations set for each project.

Job requirements

  • Higher Vocational Education or MBO+ with relevant work experience in the field
  • At least 5 years of experience, preferably in the maritime or yacht building industry
  • Strong problem-solving, quality focus, and persuasive skills
  • NACE or FROSIO certification is a plus
  • Passionate about your technical field with a strong eagerness to learn
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Salary

€3.750 - €5.000 gross income per month
