Job description

As a Project Engineer at one of our clients in the utility sector, you are the driving force behind technical projects.
You are responsible for the entire project cycle, from design and planning to execution and delivery.
You lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion within the set requirements.
With your technical expertise and leadership, you contribute to innovation and optimization within the organization.

Your responsibilities on daily basis:
  • Leading technical projects within the utility sector.
  • Coordinating and managing project teams, both internally and externally.
  • Overseeing and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and risks.
  • Supporting and guiding engineers in their tasks.
  • Ensuring effective communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements in processes and technologies.
  • Preparing reports and documentation for internal and external use.
  • Ensuring quality, safety, and sustainability within projects.

Job requirements

In order to excel in this position, you will bring the following:
  • A completed college or university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial automation or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in utility or building-related installations.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and leading technical teams.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Prince2, PMI or Agile is a plus.
  • Knowledge of design and engineering software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A results-oriented and proactive attitude, with an eye for detail and quality.
