Job description

As Service Coordinator with our client, you are responsible for the day-to-day technical, organisational and administrative coordination of maintenance projects and associated follow-up projects. You are involved from the calculation phase through to the execution and management phase, optimally coordinating technology, quality, costs, efficiency and safety. You have intensive contact with various departments within the company, at customers, suppliers and subcontractors.

What you will do:
  • independently determine work sequence and draw up work and maintenance plans
  • organising activities for colleagues and subcontractors based on contractual agreements
  • take responsibility for the daily operations at clients' premises
  • applying technical domain knowledge to the projects and objects you work on
  • assessing the technical quality of work performed and ensuring correct malfunction and maintenance reports
  • recording maintenance and service work to prepare quotations
  • attending work meetings at clients' premises on a weekly basis
  • work is 90% indoors and 10% outdoors, including availability for maintenance nights

Job requirements

  • Completed technical education, e.g. in electrical engineering, or higher vocational education
  • At least 3 years' work experience as a service technician, work planner, contract coordinator, chief mechanic or similar
  • Knowledge of NEN-1010 and NEN-3840 is a plus
  • Experience with maintenance management systems, preferably Maximo
  • Flexible attitude and availability during the day and maintenance nights

Salary

€3.750 - €4.750 gross income per month
