What you will do:
- independently determine work sequence and draw up work and maintenance plans
- organising activities for colleagues and subcontractors based on contractual agreements
- take responsibility for the daily operations at clients' premises
- applying technical domain knowledge to the projects and objects you work on
- assessing the technical quality of work performed and ensuring correct malfunction and maintenance reports
- recording maintenance and service work to prepare quotations
- attending work meetings at clients' premises on a weekly basis
- work is 90% indoors and 10% outdoors, including availability for maintenance nights
