Software Engineer Robotics & Vision

As a software Engineer R&V you are responsible for optimizing existing solutions for operating systems and to develop new (Vision) software on the basis of a customer demand or on behalf of R&D. You design 2D/3D software solutions and coordinate them with colleagues, integrate the software into the operating systems and run tests on different specifications.
In addition to (further) developing and programming software, you solve malfunctions in software (remotely or on location) and you are a sparring partner for your fellow Engineers and customers. You will be part of a multidisciplinary R&D team consisting of two hardware Engineers, two software Engineers PLC and several mechanical Engineers.

Because robotics is becoming a bigger part in the various solutions that we are researching, your knowledge of robotics is there for very welcome!

• You have knowledge and at least 5 years work experience with Vision and robotics systems, programming language C# and/or C++ and object oriented software development such as PC Vision in Cuda C;
• You have experience with various industrial controllers/PLCs in mechanical Engineering;
• Bachelor and/or Master degree in Mechatronics;
• You are full-time available and willing to relocate to the Netherlands for a long term(minimal of 3 years);
• Fluent in English.

• Depending on your work experience and degree, we offer you a gross salary of €3.500 - €5.000 per month, travel allowance, 27 free vacation days plus 13 days extra and 8% holiday bonus which is paid once a year in May;
