Job description

These projects range from small assignments of a few weeks to larger projects lasting several months. You will be involved in complex infrastructure projects, such as electrical (control) installations for tunnels, bridges, locks, traffic signalling and traffic control centres.

  • Preparing and processing requests for offers
  • Performing calculation work
requesting product information, ordering materials, and monitoring deliveries
  • Drawing up a project planning with attention to priorities, capacity, costs, effectiveness and efficiency
  • Monitoring and, if necessary, adjusting the current work schedule on the basis of progress and interim changes/requests
  • Maintaining contacts with clients, suppliers and colleagues
  • Visiting and inspecting projects in the preparation and execution phase, making calculations, and talking to clients

Job requirements

  • Relevant diploma in Electrical Engineering or Technical Business Administration

  • Extensive experience as an Electrical Engineering Planner within Infra or Industry

  • Technically and organisationally strong, with the ability to maintain an overview, act quickly and be decisive

  • Professional communication skills

Salary

€3.250 - €4.000 gross income per month

  • Responsible for the technical part of the projects/scope, monitoring quality and checking outgoing packages and products for correct content.
  • Create various documents such as Part Quality Plan Design, VGMO and engineering planning. Also overseeing the establishment of correct Purchasing Specifications and critical components.
  • Together with the lead engineers, determining the design direction and ensuring the correct approach and working method during the various design steps; VO > DO > UO > Test document.
  • Supervising technical project teams, including chairing technical consultations with the client.
