Job description
As a BIM Modeler at Insite, you'll be at the forefront of our operations. Your primary responsibility will involve producing 3D Revit projects based on LIDAR scans for various clients. Working independently, you'll tackle all aspects of Revit, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and productivity guidelines. Your role will also extend to conceptualizing and developing innovative ideas to enhance our productivity. Collaboration is key as you'll engage daily with clients and subcontractors, sharing your expertise through training, documentation, and day-to-day communication.
Job requirements
To thrive as a BIM Modeler at Insite, you'll need 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in independently handling all aspects of Revit models is essential. We're seeking a true team player unafraid to ask critical questions and consistently focused on delivering results. Innovation, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach are qualities we value. Additional requirements include:
Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Revit, particularly in MEP and Architectural contexts.
Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken), with proficiency in Dutch being advantageous.
Familiarity with 'The Modus families' and NL-SFB is preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role within a comparable organization is a plus.

Salary
€3.250 - €4.500 gross income per monthCompany profile
