finding your job

  • Interview with one of our Managing Consultants;
  • Create your own Xelvin profile;
  • Your profile will be presented to our clients;
  • You will receive an invitation for a job interview with one of our clients;
  • A preparation will be scheduled for your job interview(s);

Signing your job

  • Job interview(s);
  • If you’re hired, we need your passport and proof of residence in order to draft up your contract;
  • Contract meeting; you’ll start with a 2-years Xelvin contract, with the aim to get a permanent contract at our client after these 2 years;
So you can start with the

Relocation Program

  • Our Housing Consultant will contact you for supporting you with finding housing;
  • You need to make sure that you have your birth certificate unabridged and apostilled;
  • We arrange your flight and  pick you up from the airport;
More relocation and

paperwork

  • An appointment at the Dutch embassy to collect your visa;
  • Collect your starters folder at our office and tax registration;
  • Appointment with the tax consultancy agency;
  • Appointment at the Expat Center to get your registration number and your working permit;
  • Appointment at the municipality to register yourself;
  • You’ll receive support to open up a bank account and health insurance;

with last but not least:

  • Your first working day in the Netherlands
