“Ek het in 2023 April Nederland toe gekom nadat my verloofde in 2022 Desember hier in Nederland begin werk het in Eerbeek. Ek het laas jaar my graad gekry in Menslike Hulpbronne bestuur by Noord-Wes Universiteit, Potchefstroom kampus. Dis al vroeg in my eerste jaar wat ek die passie ontwikkel het om met mense te werk, en dit voel so verrykend om ander Suid Afrikaners die geleentheid te kan gee, om ook oorsee te kan werk. Ek recruit elektriese ingenieurs en elektrisiëns wat in die energie sektor werk, ek sien uit om nog vir baie ander Suid-Afrikaners ‘n goue geleentheid te gee in Nederland.”
Ek het in Augustus 2022 vanaf Suid-Afrika na Nederland verhuis saam met my verloofde. Hy het ’n werk gekry deur Xelvin as ’n Millwright, in Spijk by ’n herwinningsmaatskappy. Ek het in Suid-Afrika bemarking en digitale ontwerp gedoen en in September 2022 my nuwe avontuur begin by Xelvin as ’n recruiter. Ek geniet dit vreeslik om vir mense ’n nuwe loopbaan en uitdaging te vind in Nederland. Ek recruit graag Millwrights, Instrumentasie- en Dieselwerktuigkundiges vir verskillend sektors en maatskappye in Nederland. Ek is opgewonde om nog Suid-Afrikaners te help met ’n nuwe loopbaan in Nederland.

Pursuing a new career path in Xelvin in the role of International Recruitment consultant has been an inspiring journey as not only have had the opportunity to learn but also to grow professionally and personally. Being able to give the same opportunity for growth and a new journey to experience the Netherlands gives great joy to the soul.
Since being in the Netherlands I have been able to spend more time on my current hobbies and exploring more varieties. Just naming a few, exploring nature, hiking, motorcycle riding (adventures in the nature with motorcycle through woods and water sights), painting, baking, and, learning new cultures.
My name is Tiffiny Dale, I’m 24 years old and I worked in marketing/advertising since graduating with my Bcom Honours in Strategic Brand Management. I am originally from South Africa, born-and-bred, but moved to The Netherlands at the beginning of 2023 with my boyfriend with the help of Xelvin. My boyfriend is a Mechanical Engineer, and I have always had a great affinity towards engineering as it has been a big part of my life for many years. I am now a Recruitment Consultant at Xelvin and I have loved every second of living and working in The Netherlands. I have always had a great passion for people and Xelvin has connected me to many great engineers from all different walks of life. South Africa will always have a special place in my heart, but The Netherlands has become my new home
