Voor onze opdrachtgever, een pionier in de kaas verwerkende industrie, ben ik op zoek naar een Field Service Engineer. In deze functie ga jij met je werk bus op pad naar klanten en zorg jij dat de nieuwe machines in bedrijf worden gesteld. Verder los jij storingen of technische problemen op en voer jij (preventief) onderhoud uit aan de machines of productielijnen.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het in bedrijf stellen van machines of productielijnen.
  • Je lost storingen of technische problemen op bij de klant op locatie.
  • Je pleegt preventief onderhoud (zowel mechanisch als elektrisch) aan machines of productielijnen.
  • Je traint lokale monteurs en operators bij de klant op locatie.
  • Je rapporteert uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en wijziging- en verbetervoorstellen aan Manager Operations.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning aan de Helpdesk/ Spare parts afdeling.
  • Je inventariseert en adviseert inzake reserve-onderdelen voor onze klanten
  • Je fungeert als visitekaartje van het bedrijf bij de klant en adviseert hen over aanvullende aankopen of diensten

Wat bieden wij?

Electrical Engineer

As Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible designing and working out the electrical control installations and associated documentation for the purpose of the attractions to be put into production.

What will you do?
  • Setting up single line diagrams for motor distribution systems, requiring knowledge of motor protection components, soft-starters and variable speed drives.
  • Calculating total connection power, heat losses, cable diameters and cable paths.
  • Selecting appropriate transformers, DC power supplies and circuit breakers, and appropriate controls for designing control desks, sensors such as inductive proximity switches and photocells, as well as appropriate connection materials such as terminals, cables and glands.
  • Working out PLC power circuit diagrams using a symbol list prepared by the software engineers in the Systems Engineering Department. This involves the use of safety PLCs, remote I/O components and data networks (EtherNet). Electrical schematics are worked out in detail by an external drawing office. The drawings are done in E-plan P8, knowledge of which is not necessary.
  • Checking the detailed drawings is part of the job.
  • Checking the ordered electrical panels on the basis of a FAT at the supplier before they are transported to the construction site.
